1. SPONSOR

The 2026 LandMark Implement Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by LandMark Implement, Inc., 915 Brewster Rd., Holdrege, NE 68949 (“Sponsor”).

2. ELIGIBILITY

The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of Nebraska and Kansas who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

Employees of LandMark Implement, Inc., its affiliates, advertising and promotional agencies, and their immediate family members or members of the same household are not eligible to enter or win.

3. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD

The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:00 a.m. Central Time on November 12, 2026, and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. Central Time on December 18, 2026 (“Sweepstakes Period”).

Entries received before or after the Sweepstakes Period are void.

4. HOW TO ENTER

To enter, eligible participants must complete and submit the official online Sweepstakes entry form during the Sweepstakes Period.

Limit one (1) entry per person. Entries must include all required information to be eligible.

5. PRIZES

Four (4) prizes will be awarded:

One (1) 835M Open Station Gator.

One (1) EGO Power+ Electric Riding Mower, Model ZT4205S.

One (1) Combine Inspection with a $2,000 credit.

One (1) Tractor Inspection with a $2,000 credit.

The approximate retail value and additional terms and conditions for each prize will be provided in the final Official Rules and/or communicated to the applicable winner.

Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize with a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.

Any taxes or expenses associated with acceptance or use of a prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.

6. WINNER SELECTION

Four (4) potential winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.

The random drawing will be conducted by Sponsor following the conclusion of the Sweepstakes Period.

The odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries received.

7. WINNER NOTIFICATION

Potential winners will be contacted by telephone using the phone number provided on the entry form.

If a potential winner cannot be reached, fails to respond within the time period specified by Sponsor, is determined to be ineligible, or does not comply with these Official Rules, Sponsor reserves the right to select an alternate winner at random from the remaining eligible entries.

8. PRIZE CONDITIONS

Inspection prizes must be scheduled with LandMark Implement and are subject to LandMark Implement's normal scheduling and service procedures.

The $2,000 credit associated with each inspection prize may be used only toward qualifying parts as determined by Sponsor and is subject to any applicable expiration date or other restrictions communicated to the winner.

By participating in the Sweepstakes, entrants agree to release and hold harmless LandMark Implement, Inc., its affiliates, employees, representatives, and agents from and against any claim, liability, loss, damage, or expense arising out of or related to participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize, except where prohibited by law.

11. PRIVACY

Information submitted through the Sweepstakes entry form may be used by Sponsor to administer the Sweepstakes, contact potential winners, and for other purposes disclosed at the time of entry and in accordance with Sponsor's applicable privacy practices.

12. SOCIAL MEDIA

This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, or any other social media platform where the Sweepstakes may be promoted.

13. WINNER INFORMATION

The name of the winners may be obtained by contacting LandMark Implement, Inc., 915 Brewster Rd., Holdrege, NE 68949, following the conclusion of the Sweepstakes.
